The Worm is a Rare Blook, meaning you do not have it by default and it must be unlocked through a pack. This Blook can be obtained in the Bug Pack. The chance of getting the Blook is 9%. It can be sold for 20 Tokens each and gives you a Blook score of 10, just like the other Rares. This Blook is currently featured in only one gamemode, which is Café, where it can appear as a customer.

- The apple design looks similar to the Caramel Apple Blook.
- This may be a reskin, therefore being the first rare reskin.
- This Blook, Ant and the Rhino Beetle are the only bug Blooks of the Bug Pack that are land borne & cannot fly.
- The Worm is one of the 9 Blooks that is partially hidden in an object. The others are the Autumn Cat, Fairy, Leprechaun, Amber, Dormouse, Pumpkin King, Joey, and the Pumpkin Puppy.
- Despite being part of Bug Pack, Worms are not actually insects or bugs.
- Worm's team name in Blook Rush and Battle Royale was "Wacky Worms"
