The Witch may ask if you want to look into her crystal ball. You will either -10 gold and -10 materials, and -15 happiness and -15 people, +20 people, or +15 materials and gold or +15 gold and +10 materials. She also asks whether she could place a charm on a few people. If you say Yes, you get -10 people and +15 gold or more rewards or punishments.
