Frost Wreath is a Chroma Blook. This means that you do not have it by default. It was previously unlocked through the Blizzard Pack, which was only available around December, but now it has been retired from the Blizzard Pack, meaning that you cannot obtain it through tokens anymore. It had a drop rate of 0.03%. It can be sold for 300 tokens each. It has a 0.03% chance, which is the third lowest drop rate. Pumpkin Cookie, Teal Platypus, and Pirate Pufferfish all have the same rate and fall 0.01% away from Rainbow Panda, Tropical Globe, Ghost Cookie, Ice Crab, Red Gummy Bear, Blue Gummy Bear, Green Gummy Bear, Red Sweater Snowman, and Blue Sweater Snowman, all of which have a Rainbow Panda chance of being unboxed. The Elf Sweater Snowman is the only Blook with a drop rate of 0.01%. The only game-mode it is currently featured in is Cafe. This is the second hardest obtainable Blook that can be unlocked in a pack that is limited from the marketplace.
