Players can play this gamemode to earn Tokens and XP, or just for fun.

Gameplay

Egg Hunt is a limited-time Seasonal Game Mode. It has returned every Spring Event ever since its release in Season 6. It was first released on April 11, 2025, as a Plus-Only Gamemode, with the beta tag. As of April 22, 2025, Egg Hunt became free to play until April 29, 2025, when it became Plus-Only again. It features vibrant seasonal themes and unique mechanics. Due to Teacher Appreciation Week, this mode became free for the week and therefore will be temporary before it becomes plus again starting from 5/6/2025.

This mode gives 2 Tokens and XP per question.

Gameplay

The main objective is to collect the most eggs in an allocated time.

You can use WASD / arrow keys (PC/Desktop) or the joystick (Mobile) to move, similar to Laser Tag & Cocoa Cottage.

Some eggs give you special power-ups/special events like the Egg Party & Yolk Attack when they are collected.

When your energy bar is depleted, you will have to answer a question to continue. However, there is an energy egg that you can collect to restore your energy.

Trivia

• This is the first Spring Event gamemode to be added to Blooket.
• This game-mode is only available during the entire month of April and some of May for Teacher Appreciation Week.
• 3 Blooks are featured in this mode.
  • Spring Rabbit (In the tutorial screen)
  • Chicken (On top of the farmhouse)
  • Rabbit (On top of the fountain).
• The Upscale & Downscale Eggs look nearly identical, with the only difference being that the Upscale Eggs' arrow points up and the Downscale Eggs' arrow points down. They also have different colors.
• Upscale and Downscale Eggs also make your Blook's hitbox larger/smaller.
  • Their effects also stack, which means if you collected both eggs, your size would stay normal.
• The Quiz Egg gives you a question and resets your energy bar.
• Having Upscale Eggs (stacked), Kart Eggs, and Wings Eggs together make a very effective combination, since this combination will make your hitbox grow, increase your speed, and you can fly through obstacles.
• This is one of the few game-modes where you can move your Blook or control in them. The other game-modes are Flappy Blook, Monster Brawl, Tag Or Treat, Laser Tag, and Cocoa Cottage.
• Only three types of eggs make an event spawn. Those eggs are the Portal Egg (Teleportation), Yolk Egg (Yolk Attack), and the Party Egg (Egg Party).
• Party Egg is arguably the best egg because it spawns a lot of other power-up eggs quickly in clusters.
  • However, an Egg Party will not spawn any Party Eggs.
• This is the only game-mode in which you can teleport to somewhere else.
