The Dragon is a Rare Blook, which means that you do not have this Blook by default, and that it must be unlocked through a Pack. This specific Blook can be only obtained through the Medieval Pack. This Blook has a 9% drop rate, and it can be sold for only 20 Tokens.

This Blook comes after you respond "No" to 2 of the 4 propositions the King may present you or 'No' to the Tax Toucan in Crazy Kingdom. It doesn't ask a question but comes if you trigger it.

1. After you say 'No' to Toucan's first question.

2. After you say 'No' to King's third or forth question.
