Its effects are to give +1 to Snowy & Blizzard Cards (β & β) but -1 from all your Medieval & Wonderland Cards (β & π°). The reason it is registered as a Rare and not a Common or an Uncommon is because that it buffs 2 types of cards, whereas the other buff cards will only buff 1 class, but a major downside is that it also will debuff 2 classes. It is usually not seen with King's Crown or Sacred Scroll due to the debuff. This card is useful if you have a Snowman, or Santa Claus, as they are incredibly powerful in some circumstances. However, most people will choose to not get this card because the Medieval and Wonderland Cards are usually stronger than the Blizzard and Snowy Blooks .
