The Arctic Hare only appears in Freeze Penguin's final upgrade, Arctic Buddies. Along with the Arctic Fox, Polar Bear and Seal, they all execute an enemy in every 5 attacks.

It is one of the plushies to target and save them. It however is seen from level 8 onwards.
The Arctic Hare will ask to build a trampoline park, build a factory, or to bring their family to the kingdom, if you say yes to the family it gives +9 People, if you say yes to the trampoline park it gives you +7 People, +12 Happiness, +5 Gold, -20 Materials. If you say no to the trampoline park, it gives you -8 Happiness. He also asks if he can bounce around in your kingdom. If you say yes, then -16 Happiness, +16 Gold. If you say no to the factory, -7 happiness.
