You just need luck in the game, unfortunately you don't but i'm sure after some tokens you'd be able to get one. Just aim for the high percent chance Chromas first with like about 8k tokens to spend and just grind more, don't give up yet, patience is key.

It's cool and all but some of the words don't even fit the song well and I don't understand the concept. ( sorry if I was mean but I'm just telling the truth )
