I opened a racing hosted game, only to find that there was someone named "hi scooty" in the game, where you could only have random names. I tried multiple game modes in hosted, to find the same thing. This is SO dangerous... people can automatically flood every game started, whether or not they know who it is! I suspect it's Scooty.
